You will have 24/7 access once you have set up your membership or pass. We are staffed on-site by appointment only, but always available by phone during business hours Mon-Fri (excluding holiday weeks).
Our phones are NOT monitored on weekends or holidays. If you will be visiting or have a membership and want to bring a guest, please plan in advance.
