You must have membership attend classes, plus instructor fee if applicable

Abs & Core—Quick 20 minute workout to strengthen your midsection. FREE for members

Functional Training—High-intensity, short workouts focused on functional movements.

1st 8-week session only $3/class for members. Call JaNae for more info, 970-759-1426.

Spin with JaNae—Call to reserve a bike, 970-759-1426. $5 with reservation

Spin with Brent- Call to reserve a bike, 970-759-6844. $5 with reservation

Yoga Fusion —A yoga/pilates combo class for all levels. FREE for members

Total Body Fitness —A combo of weights and cardio. First 2 classes are FREE for members!

Weights—A total body workout in the weight room. Come learn all the new machines! FREE for members
