Abs & Core—Quick 20 minute workout to strengthen your midsection. FREE for members

Boxing Fitness—8-week session only $49. Call Johanna to register, 970-398-1808. Start 3/23

Functional Training—High-intensity, short workouts focused on functional movements. $30 for 6-week session. Call JaNae for more info, 970-759-1426. Start 3/13.

Spin with JaNae—Call to reserve a bike, 970-759-1426. $5 with reservation

Spin with Brent- Call to reserve a bike, 970-759-6844. $5 with reservation

Yoga Fusion —A yoga/pilates combo class for all levels. FREE for members

Total Body Fitness —A combo of weights and cardio. First 2 classes are FREE for members!

Weights—A total body workout in the weight room. Come learn all the new machines! FREE for members
