Back in the Saddle --Trains balance, flexibility, core strength, body awareness, and centering.  If you are coming back from injury, feeling the effects of aging, have been sedentary, or just want to get into a challenging yet gentle class, this is for you!  (Call David for rates—970-903-9513)
