CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Classes are FREE with membership unless noted below.

Must be a member or pay $6 day fee to attend classes.

Group Personal Training—Small group (max 8) fun & challenging outdoor workouts for all levels. $25 for 8 weeks, or $5 drop-in. First class is free! RSVP to Melissa by call or text, 505-320-9888.

Sexy Lady Circuit—A women's-only strength training class. Great for beginners!

Functional Training GROUP WORKOUTS— Member-run workouts for all levels. (Formerly CrossFit Bayfield).
Free with membership, but please call or text to RSVP before your first class, 970-884-6077

Mommy/Baby Fitness—Workouts with your little ones (all ages). Member-run classes.

Power Circuit— Upbeat, high tempo class for all levels.

Senior Fitness—45-min low-impact workouts for all levels.
