CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Classes are FREE with membership unless noted. Must be a member to attend classes.

HOT yoga—Core Power style 60 minute hot classes, 92-105 degrees. Bring towel, mat, and water! Call for start date.

Bayfield Kids Dance Academy—7-week program (1 class per week). $49/child for member families, $67 for non-members. Call to register your child, 970-884-6077. See website for more details.

Yoga with Hallie—In this Vinyasa Flow class, expect to move with your breath and focus your attention.
