Experience: Ashleigh received her Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science with an emphasis in Athletic Training (Fort Lewis College, 2000) and her Graduate degree in Sports Medicine (Cal State University Long Beach, 2003). She is a certified athletic trainer through the National Athletic Trainers Association Board of Certification (2001) and a certified Aerobics and Fitness Association Instructor (2010).

Specializations: Ashleigh has a strong background in injury prevention and rehabilitation and can tailor exercise programs around injuries.

Personal fitness background: Ashleigh's approach to fitness is to shake things up! She believes in variety in workouts - repetitive motions can often lead to injury, muscle imbalances, and boredom. Diverse workouts help you adhere to the program and keep your body working harder. She incorporates combination moves in most of her workouts. This creates a challenging workout in less time. Additionally, she focuses on the core, which she believes is the base to any successful training program. A strong core leads to improvement of everyday life, injury prevention, chronic back pain reduction, and overall enhanced sports performance. Most importantly, Ashleigh will make sure you HAVE FUN while you work out!
